    Jia Yan Ng is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

    Ms. Ng represents private equity funds and private companies in a broad range of domestic and cross-border matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, co-investment arrangements, corporate reorganizations, management incentivization arrangements, and general corporate matters.

    Ms. Ng has spent time on secondment to Blackstone Inc. and Hellman & Friedman.

    • Bridgepoint Capital on its investment in MiQ, a leading global programmatic media partner, alongside its founders and management shareholders
    • Ares on its acquisition of SLR Global, a UK-based ESG consultancy and advisory business, from Charterhouse and management shareholders
    • Onex Partners V on its acquisition of TES Global, a leading education technology services provider, from Providence Equity Partners
    • Permira Growth Opportunities on its minority investment in GoCardless, a leading payments services provider and notable UK-based startup
    • CVC Capital Partners on leading a US$1 billion consortium investment into Dubai-based GEMS Education*
    • CVC Capital Partners on its US$1.3 billion acquisition of Ontic UK from BBA Aviation*
    • New Mountain Capital on its bolt-on acquisition of Syntor Fine Chemicals* 
    • Hellman & Friedman on its implementation of cross-border management incentivisation arrangements following its acquisition of AutoScout24 GmbH*
    • First Reserve Corporation on its bolt-on acquisition of Pipetel Technologies and InvoDane Engineering and general management incentivisation arrangements*
