Jessmine Lee is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the firm's Capital Markets Practice.

Jessmine represents public and private companies and financial institutions on a broad range of domestic and cross-border capital markets transactions. Her transaction work includes advising on initial public offerings, preferred equity financings, acquisition financings and exchange offers, along with investment grade and high-yield debt offerings.

Jessmine was previously seconded to Wells Fargo, where she advised on a broad array of equity, equity-linked, and debt capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Jessmine was a summer associate in the New York office.

Jessmine received her law degree from UCLA School of Law. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern in the US District Court for the Southern District of California.
