Jessica A. Lietz

Jessica Lietz is an associate in the San Diego office and member of the firm's Finance Department.

Ms. Lietz represents corporate borrowers, banks, direct lenders, private equity sponsors, and other financial institutions in a wide range of complex financing transactions, with a particular focus on the gaming and hospitality industries. She has experience negotiating and documenting various financial transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, leveraged acquisition financings, renewable energy project financings and cross-border financings.

As part of her active pro bono practice, Ms. Lietz represents clients in connection with various immigration-related matters.

While attending law school, Ms. Lietz was an editor of the University of Illinois Law Review.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Lietz was a Finance associate at another leading international law firm.
