Jessica Bullock is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Bullock represents individuals, organizations, and corporate clients in state and federal litigation and appellate matters.

Ms. Bullock maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in civil and criminal appeals in collaboration with the Center for Appellate Litigation and other Latham partnerships.

Before joining Latham, Ms. Bullock served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Peter Hall, Judge Susan Carney, and Judge Beth Robinson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Prior to her federal clerkships, Ms. Bullock clerked for Justice Harold E. Eaton, Jr. of the Vermont Supreme Court.

Ms. Bullock serves on the Board of Managers for the Vermont Bar Association and the Board of Directors for SPEAK Inc., a nonprofit providing speech and debate instruction for incarcerated individuals and community organizations.
