Firm’s Work for the Trevor Project’s Mexico Expansion To Be Honored As “Pro Bono Project of the Year”

Mr. Wolsk represents regulated entities (primarily in the life sciences, financial services and telecommunications industries) in their strategic commercial transactions and supports Latham’s M&A and project finance teams in connection with IP diligence and negotiation of ancillary agreements (e.g., license agreements TSAs).
