Jeremiah Davis is a Litigation & Trial associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Jeremiah advises clients on a range of environmental, land, and resources matters, including permitting and compliance with federal and state environmental regulation.

Jeremiah maintains an active pro bono practice, representing low-income individuals in child custody disputes.

While in law school, Jeremiah served as Co-Writer and Chair for the 2025 Bryant Moore Competition.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Jeremiah worked as a summer associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
