Jenny Lyubomudrova is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Jenny represents various private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of domestic and cross-border lending transactions, including credit facilities, leveraged financings and acquisition financings.
Prior to joining Latham, Jenny was an associate at another preeminent international law firm.
While in law school, Jenny served as executive editor of the Cardozo Law Review and was the co-president of the Cardozo Art Law Society. Jenny was also an intern at the New York State Court of Appeals in the chambers of Judge Rowan D. Wilson.
