Jen Whee Lee is an associate in the Singapore office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

He advises clients on corporate transactions, including single and multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring exercises.

Mr. Lee has experience acting for corporates, financial investors, private equity firms, and their portfolio companies.

Mr. Lee’s experience includes advising:
