Javin Dana is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.
Javin represents private companies and private equity funds in mergers, acquisitions, and complex commercial transactions.
He advises clients on a variety of transactions across the private equity, finance, and industrials industries.
While in law school, Javin served as the Chief Investment Officer of Rivanna Investments, a student-managed investment fund at University of Virginia School of Law, and as President of the University of Virginia JD/MBA Society.
