Jason Werre is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Jason works on a diverse array of litigation-oriented projects, assisting with motions practice, discovery issues, and investigations across federal courts, state courts, and government agencies.

Jason maintains an active pro bono practice, supporting individuals and nonprofits within the Washington, D.C. community by providing legal assistance on a range of matters.

Jason earned his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he served as articles editor for the Journal of Law and Public Affairs. He also promoted student wellbeing as the Director of Student Wellness for Penn's Graduate and Professional Schools.

Prior to law school, Jason was a creative copywriter specializing in slogans and product descriptions for a B2B in-house content team.
