Jared Schwartz is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department..
Jared received his JD from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was an associate editor of Texas Law Review and a pro bono scholar. He also worked as a research assistant in state and local government and criminal law, and as an academic assistant in civil procedure. He graduated with high honors.
Prior to joining Latham, Jared served as a law clerk to Judge Max O. Cogburn of the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
