Jannis Strotmann is a finance associate in Latham & Watkins’ Munich office. He advises German and international clients on a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions.
Jannis represents financial institutions, direct lending funds, private equity funds, and corporate borrowers in:
- Cross border and domestic acquisition financings
- General corporate financings
- Financial restructurings
- Bank/Bond transactions
Prior to joining Latham as an associate, he gained experience in the banking and finance department of another major international law firm and in Latham’s Finance Department in Los Angeles.
