James F. Fawcett

James Fawcett is a Knowledge Management Lawyer in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Private Equity Finance Practice.

Prior to joining the firm’s Knowledge Management team, Mr. Fawcett was an associate in Latham’s Finance Department in London, where he focused on advising private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border financings and refinancings. Prior to qualification, Mr. Fawcett trained in the firm’s London and New York offices.
