Jim Burns is a conflicts attorney in the General Counsel’s office of Latham & Watkins. He provides support to all of Latham's offices with respect to interpreting rules of ethics and professional conduct and identifying and resolving ethical conflicts and business conflicts of interest.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Burns worked as a conflicts attorney and managing attorney in a transactional group at another national law firm.
