Jim Burns supports the firm with respect to interpreting rules of ethics and professional conduct, as well as identifying and resolving ethical conflicts and business conflicts of interest.
Prior to joining Latham’s Office of the General Counsel, Mr. Burns worked as a conflicts attorney and managing attorney in a transactional group at a national law firm.
