Jake Hummer is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.
He advises clients on a broad range of matters relating to corporate finance within various industries.
Mr. Hummer maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently with the formation and governance of non-profit companies.
Before joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. Hummer was a Management Analyst at FlashVote, a Law Clerk at Nevada Legal Services, and during law school, served as First-Year Proctor and BGLTQ Specialty Proctor for Harvard College. Mr. Hummer also coached his former high school’s mock trial team.
Mr. Hummer is presently the Boston Local Leader for Latham’s LGBTQ+ Lawyer’s Affinity Group.
