Jake Besanceney is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Jake advises clients on a broad range of structured finance, securitization and other secured financing transactions. He represents issuers, underwriters, asset managers, originators, lenders, borrowers, and other financial institutions in transactions involving asset sales and forward flow purchases, warehouse facilities, repurchase facilities, and asset-backed securities across an array of industries and asset classes.
