Jaime Zucker is a litigation associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins. She advises clients on a wide array of white collar defense and investigations issues, with a focus on government internal investigations in the healthcare industry.

Jaime primarily advises public companies and universities in highly sensitive government investigations, including at the board and executive level. Her experience encompasses:

  • DOJ civil and criminal investigations
  • FTC investigations and litigation
  • Civil rights compliance, investigations, and litigation
  • Internal investigations

Jaime also represents clients in complex civil litigation and class action litigation.

She maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum in partnership with the National Immigrant Justice Center, students with disabilities in impact litigation under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, and Section 1983 plaintiffs in civil rights litigation. 

Jaime is a member of Latham's Women Lawyers Group, and serves on the firm’s global Associates Committee.

While attending Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Jaime was a member of the Northwestern University Law Review.
