Mr. Meninga's experience includes advising:

  • Skillz in its US$150 million acquisition of Aarki
  • Cast & Crew in its acquisition of multiple businesses, including:
    • The Team Companies, a payroll and production management solutions company servicing the advertising, music and concert tours, and live events industries
    • Backstage, a leading provider of talent marketplace and content creation tools for the creative economy
  • Five9 in its US$14.7 billion acquisition by Zoom
  • Hippo Enterprises in its US$5 billion business combination with Reinvent Technology Partners Z
  • Planet Labs in its US$2.8 billion business combination with dMY Technology Group IV
  • Boxed, an e-commerce grocery shopping platform selling bulk consumables to households and businesses, in its US$900 million merger with Seven Oaks Acquisition Corp.
  • Advent International Corporation in its Stake Acquisition of RxBenefits*
