Jaclyn Kleban is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Restructuring Practice.
Jaclyn represents debtors and various stakeholders on corporate and insolvency matters, including chapter 11 restructurings, out-of-court restructurings and recapitalizations, and M&A transactions. She advises clients on a variety of transactions across various sectors, such as retail, pharmaceuticals, and energy.
In addition to her practice, Jaclyn is committed to pro bono work, having collaborated with various non-profits to advocate and represent underserved clients. Her pro bono efforts include work with the Legal Aid Society, Sanctuary for Families, Brooklyn Defender's Family Defense, and HIAS.
Prior to joining Latham, Jaclyn worked at another international law firm in the corporate restructuring practice.
