Jack Siddoway is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Jack represents public and private companies in antitrust, complex commercial, environmental, and class action litigation across a range of industries, including technology, sports and entertainment, and retail and consumer goods. He has led the drafting of numerous discovery and dispositive motions, prepared experts and fact witnesses for trial and deposition testimony, and has taken and defended depositions.

Jack maintains an active pro bono practice focused on representing clients in civil rights litigation and asylum proceedings. Jack was part of the Latham team that led the 2020 US Census litigation (for which the team won the firm’s Robert M. Dell Prize for Extraordinary Pro Bono Service).

Prior to joining Latham, Jack was a summer associate in the San Francisco office.

Jack received his JD in 2019 from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law where he served as a legal intern for the Berkeley Environmental Law Clinic and as a member of the Board of Advocates. Additionally, Jack served as a director on the board of Berkeley Law’s Ecology Law Quarterly.

Jack's experience includes representing: 

  • Fédération Internationale de Natation, the governing body for international aquatic sports, in two antitrust cases brought against the organization challenging its rules governing swimmers’ and national federations’  association with unauthorized entities
  • StarKist and Dongwon Industries in multi-district antitrust litigation alleging a conspiracy to fix prices of packaged tuna products
  • Olam Peanut Shelling Company, a major food and agri-business company, in antitrust litigation alleging a conspiracy to fix prices in the procurement of runner peanuts
  • Fluor Corporation, a Fortune 500 multinational engineering and construction firm, in insurance bad faith litigation
  • A California chemical corporation in a legacy case brought by the US Environmental Protection Agency under the Comprehensive Environmental Remediation, Compensation, and Liability Act
