Jack B. Neff is a corporate associate in the New York office and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.
Mr. Neff represents issuers, funds, and financial institutions in a variety of corporate and finance transactions with a focus on equity derivatives. He has experience with convertible note issuances and related hedging overlays, equity options, monetization transactions, margin loans, and the formation of emerging companies.
He advises clients on a variety of transactions within the financial, real estate, pharmaceutical, and technology industries, among others.
Mr. Neff maintains an active pro bono practice, representing domestic abuse survivors, children, and victims of violent crimes in immigration proceedings.
Mr. Neff has served as both a director and chief financial officer of the University of Delaware Men’s Crew Alumni Association.
