Jack represents sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions on a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition financings.
Jack previously trained at the firm’s London office, gaining experience in leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, restructuring, and M&A transactions.
