Jack Harrison Bergantino

Jack Harrison Bergantino is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.

Jack represents public and private companies, and venture funds in a variety of complex transactions and matters.

Prior to joining Latham full time, Jack was a summer associate in Latham’s Austin office. 

While in law school, Jack served as co-head of ESQ, Duke’s annual business law networking event, earned second place in the Duke Transactional Law Competition, and authored published work for Duke Law’s LENS Essay Series.
