Before rejoining Latham, Isabelle worked in Deutsche Bank’s Private Credit and Infrastructure group, leading highly structured financings for developer and sponsor clients in the infrastructure and energy space.

  • Initial purchasers and lenders on a private placement and letter-of-credit financing for a portfolio of operating and construction commercial and industrial solar projects owned by a large developer of solar facilities
  • The lenders on a letter-of-credit and revolving facility for Calpine Development Holdings’ portfolio of operating and construction battery energy storage, gas-fired power, and electric generating facilities
  • The lenders on a construction to back-leverage and letter of credit financing for the 265.5-MW Goodnight 1 wind project owned by Omega Energia SA
  • MUFG on a letter-of-credit facility for the 301-MW Cedar Creek wind facility in Colorado
  • The sponsor on a private-placement bond offering for the financing and refinancing of the Sabine Pass liquefaction facility

    • Tax equity financing of the Hillcrest Project, a 260-MW solar project in Ohio
