Ilaria Tucci is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.

Ilaria advises clients on all aspects of EU competition law and represents them before the European Commission and the Italian Competition Authority. She has particular expertise in abuse of dominance and anticompetitive agreements proceedings as well as in antitrust litigation. 

Her experience covers several industry sectors including telecommunications, luxury consumer goods, and car manufacturing.

Prior to joining Latham, Ilaria worked at another international law firm in Milan and as a trainee at the Directorate-General for Competition.

  • Telecom Italia S.p.A. in an abuse of dominance investigation before the Italian Competition Authority and subsequent appeals before Italian administrative courts*
  • Mercedes-Benz AG in follow-on litigation in connection with the European Commission decision in the Trucks case*
  • Telecom Italia S.p.A. in a horizontal agreement investigation before the Italian Competition Authority in connection with football broadcasting rights* 
  • A luxury brand in an investigation by the European Commission in connection with suspected vertical agreements with its distributors*
