Hyo Joo Lee

Hyo Joo Lee supports a range of knowledge management initiatives in the M&A practice.

A member of the firm’s Corporate Department, Hyo has broad experience in UK and cross-border M&A, investments, and all aspects of English company law.

Prior to this role, Hyo practiced as a Corporate associate at Latham & Watkins, including on secondment to Verisure, before spending four years as a knowledge management lawyer at another international law firm.
