Houston Smith is an Antitrust & Competition associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins.

Houston represents public and private companies in a variety of litigation and trial matters, while maintaining an active pro bono practice focused on representing incarcerated individuals.

Prior to joining Latham, Houston worked at another large global law firm, where he worked on complex commercial litigation matters and merger clearances.

Houston earned his JD from UCLA School of Law, where he served as a senior editor of the UCLA Law Review and externed with the California Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.
