Holly Bradley leads knowledge management initiatives for the Transactional Tax Practice in London.
Holly brings extensive experience representing a broad range of clients on international tax matters, particularly with regard to M&A and private equity deals, capital markets offerings, and finance transactions.
Prior to joining Latham, Holly was a senior knowledge lawyer for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) tax practice group at another international law firm. Before that, she was a transactional tax lawyer at two leading global law firms and was seconded to the EMEA in-house tax team of a multinational investment banking and financial services group.
