Hena’s practice includes advising on:

Secondary transactions, including GP-led transactions and fund restructurings
Primary investments and co-investments
Fund governance and related matters
International funds under AIFMD regulations
Due diligence processes on asset management M&A acquisitions and GP stakes deals
Prior to qualification, Hena trained in the firm’s London office, where she gained experience in the Corporate, Investment Funds, Litigation & Trial, and Banking & Private Credit groups.

The venture capital arm of a Swiss food and beverage company on its investment in a health and pharmaceuticals fund
An Australian investment manager on the first closing of its global infrastructure debt fund
The real estate division of a global private markets firm on the closing of its co-investment vehicle for real estate investments
Cross-border team represents the LNG company in the transaction.
