Haijing (Helen) Liu

Haijing (Helen) Liu is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Liu is a member of the Finance Department and the Banking Practice.

Ms. Liu represents investment and commercial banks, private equity firms, and borrowers in a broad range of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Liu was a senior associate at one of the top law firms in Luxembourg. While there, she completed a one-month secondment at a leading Chinese financial institution. Ms. Liu also served as a member of the Events and Communications Committee at the China-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce from March to July in 2018.
