Heather Haynes is an associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Haynes represents clients in intellectual property disputes, primarily patent litigation.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Haynes was a summer associate in the Silicon Valley office.

Ms. Haynes received her JD from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was a staff editor for the Intellectual Property Law Journal and an active student-attorney for a variety of pro-bono clinics.

While receiving her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience, Ms. Haynes worked as a research assistant in the Vanderbilt Center for Addiction Research.
