Harrison White is a transactional insurance advisor in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.
Mr. White advises clients on a full spectrum of transactional insurance policies, including representations and warranties insurance, warranties and indemnities insurance, tax insurance, contingent risk insurance, and other bespoke liability insurance. Mr. White is an experienced negotiator of transactional insurance policies and an experienced advocate in resolving transactional insurance claims.
Additionally, Mr. White devotes himself to pro bono representation for indigent or marginalized clients through matters such as Stockman v. Trump, the national impact litigation challenging the ban on transgender military service. Prior to joining Latham, Mr. White worked with not-for-profits and public agencies including South County Outreach, Covenant House New York, the Orange County Public Defender, and the Legal Aid Society of New York (both Manhattan civil and Bronx criminal divisions).
