Harrison Hutchinson is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Harrison represents clients, predominantly private companies and private equity funds, in acquisitions, management buy-outs, minority investment transactions, and general corporate transactions. Harrison has also worked for publicly listed companies on a variety of corporate activities and transactions.

He has a particular focus on the technology, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.

Harrison maintains an active pro bono practice, representing small and large charities with various corporate and contract-related matters.

  • Competitive Socialising Group Limited, a portfolio company of Cain International, on a reorganization and equity capital raising
  • Cadence Design Systems on its:
    • Acquisition of Future Facilities group, a UK-based data center
    • Acquisition of Pulsic, a UK-based electronic design automation company
  • Norsk Hydro on the sale of a 30% stake in Alunorte, a Brazil-based alumina production company, and a 45% stake in Mineracão Rio do Norte, a Brazil-based Bauxite mining company, to Glencore
  • AllianceBernstein, a leading global investment management and research firm, on the formation of its joint venture with Société Générale
  • One Investment Management and Orange Capital Partners on their agreement to buy 89.9% of the shares in the entities holding Adler Group's North Rhine-Westphalia-based "Cosmopolitan" real estate portfolio
