Harriet Gray

Harriet Gray is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the firm’s Execute Compensation, Employment & Benefits Practice.

Harriet advises public and private companies on all aspects of employment and incentives law, particularly in the context of large, cross-border merger and acquisition transactions. Harriet also has experience in contentious employment law-related work.

She advises clients within a variety of industries, which have included, for example, large retail, manufacturing, construction, and management and professional services organizations.

Harriet maintains an active pro bono practice, which has included, for example, assisting victims of domestic violence in partnership with the National Centre for Domestic Violence and assisting with discovery work for those facing the death penalty in the United States in partnership with Amicus.*

Harriet is a member of the UK Employment Lawyers Association and Share Plan Lawyers Group.
