Haoyu Gu

Haoyu Gu is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Haoyu represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and financial institutions in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and data technology and transactions.

Haoyu maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum, name changes, and victims of domestic violence in partnership with the Courtroom Advocates Program.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Haoyu was a summer associate in the New York office.
