Hannah Seulgee Jung is an associate in the Bay Area Offices of Latham & Watkins.
Hannah Seulgee represents public and private companies on a variety of litigation and corporate matters.
She also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals in guardianship and immigration cases. In 2026, Hannah Seulgee received an Outstanding Volunteer in Public Service Award from the Bar Association of San Francisco for her work helping vulnerable children in the Bay Area.
Hannah Seulgee earned her JD from UCLA School of Law, where she received the Morris Greenspan Memorial Prize as the top graduate in international law. While in law school, she was a managing editor and symposium director for the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs.
Before joining Latham, Hannah Seulgee clerked in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. Prior to her clerkship, she completed a legal fellowship at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and served as Research and Advocacy Fellow to the UN Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance.
