Duey Ho is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Emerging Companies & Growth and Digital Assets & Web3 practices.

Duey advises clients in the digital assets and fintech sectors on a range of corporate, transactional, and product-related matters. He also represents emerging companies throughout their lifecycles, from formation through exit, and venture capital investors in financings.

Before joining Latham, Duey served as Vice President of Legal and Strategy at a digital assets company, where he managed legal matters across the business, including corporate transactions, company initiatives, and legal operations. Earlier, he was an associate in the Startup & Venture Capital and Blockchain practices of a leading technology-focused law firm.
