Giuditta Caldini is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Ms. Caldini represents clients in complex cases involving all areas of EU competition law, including abuse of dominance, restrictive practices, and merger control. She assists clients with obtaining merger clearances for their strategic transactions across the globe, acts for defendants and plaintiffs in connection with complex antitrust investigations and related court proceedings, and advises on key antitrust policy issues.
Ms. Caldini represents companies active in a wide range of sectors, with a focus on technology, digital, and regulated industries such as life sciences and telecoms. Ms. Caldini has extensive experience handling cases involving the intersection of competition law and IP law, including SEP licensing issues.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Caldini worked as an associate at another global law firm in Brussels.
