Geoff has extensive experience representing life sciences companies in a broad range of intellectual property disputes, advising on everything from diligence, prosecution, and regulatory strategy through discovery, trial, appeal, and settlement. Drawing on his technical background and deep IP experience, Geoff delivers strategic, commercially focused solutions that advance his clients’ business objectives.
Prior to joining Latham, Geoff was an intellectual property litigation associate at the New York office of another international law firm. While in law school, Geoff was a member of the Cyberlaw Clinic, where he advised clients on pro bono matters, including the legality of “scraping” immigration data from publicly available federal government websites.
