Gen Crescenzo is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.
Gen represents startups and other emerging growth companies at all stages in a broad range of transactions including:
- Venture capital financings
- General corporate formation and governance matters
- Debt and equity securities offerings
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity investments
She advises clients on a variety of transactions within the technology, entertainment, healthcare, and life sciences industries, in addition to a number of leading venture capital firms.
While in law school, Gen served as managing editor of the Northeastern University Law Review.
