Gabrielle Velkes concentrates her practice on intellectual property litigation involving copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, right of publicity, unfair competition and false advertising, as well as other complex commercial litigation matters.

Gaby regularly represents large multinational and Fortune 500 companies, as well as small emerging public and privately held companies, across a broad range of industries, including experience in the fields of consumer goods, blockchain and digital assets (NFTs and cryptocurrencies), artificial intelligence (AI), food and retail, media, and standards development organizations. She handles critical enforcement, infringement, and licensing litigation on behalf of major intellectual property rights-holders in multiple federal courts and venues throughout the country. Gaby has particular experience in high-profile brand enforcement and defense work in the retail, entertainment, and technology sectors.
