Associate
Gabrielle Carusello is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.
Ms. Carusello counsels private equity funds and their portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle, as well as on a broad range of matters, including entity formation, growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance matters.
Ms. Carusello advises clients on a variety of transactions with respect to cybersecurity, software engineering, food and beverage, as well as various transactions taking place within the service industry.
While in law school, Ms. Carusello served as the managing editor of the Emory Law Journal and worked as a legal intern with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.
