Gabriela Barriuso Clark is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Barriuso Clark was a judicial extern for Judge Juan R. Torruella, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and served as a summer associate at Latham’s Chicago office.

Ms. Barriuso Clark received her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was an article selection editor and the diversity and inclusion chair for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and was awarded the Grace Wilson Sims Prize for Excellence in Student Writing in Transnational Law.

Ms. Barriuso Clark’s experience includes advising:

  • The initial purchasers in connection with the offering of US$600 million Senior Secured Notes due 2026 by Petrofac Limited, a leading international provider of engineering, procurement, and construction services to the oil and gas industry
  • The issuer in connection with the private placement of €70 million Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2028 by Bach Bidco S.p.A., the parent company of Business Integration Partners S.p.A., a leading multinational provider of management consulting and business integration services
  • The issuer in connection with the offering of US$500 million Senior Notes due 2027 by Vår Energi ASA, an upstream oil and gas company
  • The issuer in connection with the offering of US$305 million Senior Notes due 2027 by EnQuest PLC, an upstream oil and gas company
