Associate
Florian Doster is an associate in the Finance Department of Latham & Watkins’ Hamburg office and is a member of the Restructuring & Special Situations Practice.
He represents national and international banks, private equity investors and strategic investors in complex financial out-of-court restructurings as well as in insolvency proceedings. He also advises companies in their corporate restructurings, in refinancings and in insolvency proceedings.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Doster gained experience in the restructuring practice of another international law firm. He completed his studies at the University of Mannheim with a focus on insolvency and restructuring as well as tax & accounting. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Hamburg with stages at an international law firm and at the Hamburg Insolvency Court.
