  • Mexico Pacific Limited LLC in the drafting and negotiation of an EPC agreement for its proposed multibillion-dollar liquefied natural gas export terminal and storage facility, to be located in Sonora, Mexico*

  • Genera PR, LLC on all construction and procurement matters in connection with its mandate to operate, maintain, and decommission the power generation facilities in Puerto Rico on behalf of PREPA. This includes the procurement and installation of turbines, battery storage systems, and other capital equipment and the arraignment of long-term service agreements with original equipment manufacturers*
  • Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) on construction and procurement matters in connection with the rebuilding of Puerto Rico’s transmission and distribution systems following Hurricane Maria*
  • Grid United on construction and procurement matters in connection with the Southline Transmission Project, a 278-mile, high voltage transmission line that will connect the electrical transmission systems of the El Paso and Tucson metropolitan areas*

  • Parliament Solar LLC in the drafting and negotiation of an EPC agreement for the development of a 480MW photovoltaic solar power generation facility located in Waller County, Texas*
  • An international company on all construction and procurement matters in connection with its proposed bioenergy with carbon capture storage (BECCS) program to be implemented at multiple sites across the United States*
