Evan Miller is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Miller received his JD from Yale Law School, where he was active in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation clinic providing legal services to emerging companies in the life sciences sector. He was also an articles editor for the Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law, and Ethics. During law school, he was a legal intern at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.

Prior to law school, Mr. Miller received a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine’s Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy, where he studied digital health privacy and has experience in academic pharmaceutical research.
