Evan Long-Quian

Evan Long-Quian is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Evan advises clients on a variety of transactions including public and private companies and private equity funds.

He also maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting veteran small business owners.

Prior to joining the firm, Evan served as an Officer in the US Army.

While in law school, Evan was a member of the Chancellor Honor Society, served as an editor on the Texas International Law Journal, and was a finalist in the Judge John R. Brown excellence in legal writing competition.
