Evan Blanchard-Wu is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Evan served as a law clerk to Judge Leonie M. Brinkema of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Evan received his JD from the University of Chicago Law School, where he graduated with honors. While in law school, Evan served as an editor of the University of Chicago Law Review. Evan also served as an intern in the office of the Federal Defender for the Northern District of Illinois, and for Judge Florence Y. Pan of the US District Court for the District of Columbia.

Prior to law school, Evan was a music educator. He received his BA and MM in Music Education from the University of Michigan.
