Eunice Chay is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Eunice represents institutional lenders, borrowers, issuers, rating agencies, underwriters, and asset managers at all levels of the capital structure on/in warehouse and leverage facilities, securitizations, and fund finance.

She advises clients on complex financial transactions across various traditional and esoteric asset classes, including auto loans, dealer floorplan receivables, life settlements, CLOs, residential mortgage loans and agency residential mortgage servicing rights, marketplace loans, unsecured consumer loans, trade receivables, credit card and other consumer receivables, and property-assessed clean energy (PACE) assets and solar loans.

Eunice maintains an active pro bono practice, advising clients on a wide range of legal needs, including immigration and nonprofit business formation.

Prior to joining Latham, Eunice served as Deputy General Counsel and Senior Counsel at two sponsor/finance companies and provided legal advice and strategic input to C-suite executives and the capital markets teams.

Eunice is a member of the Structured Finance Association’s Women in Securitization, where she was appointed to serve as a member of the Community Outreach Committee in 2021.
