Eunice Chan

Eunice Chan is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Eunice advises clients on corporate transactions, including issuers and initial purchasers in connection with securities offerings.

Prior to joining the London office, Eunice was an associate in Latham’s Hong Kong office. While in law school, she served as an articles editor for the Notre Dame Law Review.
